4 years ago I started a youtube channel which I started off by posting this video.
My CSA story, the response I got then and I still get from people is incredible and exactly the reason why I shared this video.
I hope that it continues to reach the right people so that if they are in a situation like this then it helps them to come forward or seek an help and support they need.
The place I am in mentally since posting this video 4 years ago is completely different and I have made so much progress particularly with coping with my anxiety and depression.
